Location and accessibility:
The apartment is located in a small, gated urbanization consisting of 8 blocks and 48 units with two swimming pools and a children's pool.
About half is permanent residence and the other half is for holiday accommodation. Rental is allowed.
Colorado Hills is located in a quiet location but close to all amenities.
Centro Commercial Elviria, a commercial area with several bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, hairdresser and a bank, is only 6 minutes by car.
Elviria has great sandy beaches with chiringuito's: it is not without reason that the famous Nikki Beach has a branch here.
Marbella center 13 minutes, Puerto Banus 18 minutes and Malaga airport is 36 minutes.
