All the bathrooms in the property have underfloor heating, it is fully airconditioned (hot/cold) and there is a private garage in the basement with space for a large SUV as well as a fully equipped laundry area.
What do we love about this house? The space, the quality and the fact that it’s a blank canvas, freshly decorated in a neutral tone ready for it’s new occupants to start to enjoy. The peace and quiet – some of the houses in the complex are just holiday homes and others provide full time residential properties. There are a very few homes within the complex that are rented out to holiday makers but the majority remain private and NO further licences will be issued - ensuring peace and tranquility.
